Ingredients:       Vitamin E (as d-alpha Tocopheryl acid succinate) 30 I.U.  Thiamine (Vitamin B1) (as Thiamine HCL) 2 mg,   Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 2.4 mg, Folic acid 400 mcg, Vitamin B6 (as Pyrodoxine HCL)1mg, Vitamin B12 (as Cyanocobalamin)3.0 mcg,  Calcium (as Calcium carbonate)150 mg,  Shan Yao Wild Yam Root, Dioscorea opposite 64 mg,  Soy Isoflavones (from soy extract)55 mg,  Evening Primrose seed oil (Oenothera biennis)50 mg, Tung Chung Shia Cao (Cordyceps Sinensis)25 mg. Other ingredients:      Soybean oil, beeswax, lecithin, gelatin, glycerin, sorbitol, purified water, FD&C yellow #5, FD&C red #40 and FD&C blue #1.
